Loved local business is on the move
Nestled between two banks (Santander and the former Halifax) on the high street, the independent and family run business has resided at 13 Bank Street since 1920; a familiar face in the community for over a hundred years. One of Rawtenstall’s longest running businesses, they have been protecting the valley’s assets since James Trickett founded the company in 1882.
Tricketts pride themselves on providing straight talking, jargon-free and personal service and come highly recommended by their loyal customers. They are widely known for being a trustworthy company that operate face to face, or at the end of a phone call, rather than through call centres or websites. They have now moved to a new premises – all the way to 11 Bank Street!
“The building next door came available and we wanted to take the chance to expand and modernise,” says Janine Packman, director. “The business is doing really well and we saw this as a fantastic opportunity to secure business continuity and attract new talent and clients.”
Designed by Janine and brought to life by Frimovel, the new office at 11 Bank Street boasts a fresh and fabulous new look – sleek, modern lines, neon signs and floor to ceiling windows come together to emphasise the company’s confident stride into the future, while retaining the familiar Tricketts colour scheme to honour their long-standing legacy.
