What do we do exactly?  Well not all claims are treated in the same way but below is a list of how we might assist you.

  • If we have received a completed incident report form from the customer, we report the claim on your behalf and set up a claim file.
  • Claims can take some time, so we chase both the insurers and the client for any outstanding information that may help decide the cause of the incident.
  • Sometimes we arrange for a claim service company to intervene; they bring in their own recommended panel of tradesmen to quote and speed up the repair process.
  • We can offer advice as to whether your policy will cover your loss and the likelihood of a settlement.
  • We negotiate trying to secure the fairest, quickest and most appropriate settlements.
  • In some cases we might recommend that a claims assessor get involved and negotiate directly with the Insurer’s loss adjusters.
  • We work with local company Claim Link UK who provide replacement vehicles for non-fault accidents and pursue injury settlements.
